Are you interested in Microblading in Temecula?
Great! First let me answer some questions for you:
Microblading has become more and more popular these days in North America but so many women are really not aware of its benefits and most importantly how time-saving microblading can be for the working women. Besides saving precious time getting ready in the morning it is great for those who have suffered through Alopecia, Chemotherapy, thyroid and other illnesses where there is hair loss. If you’ve been interested in microblading in Temecula here is a list of commonly asked questions about the procedure. Would microblading in Temecula be right for you?
1. What is the process?
- The first stage is always the consultation.
- Your artist should spend time discussing the process with you from start to finish.
- Following the consultation is signing consent forms and taking “before” photos.
- Next, you will be numbed using a topical anesthetic for about 20 min.
- The artist will then measure and draw in the shape in which will be microbladed.
- The procedure will then be performed and can take between 30-60 min total.
- You should only hear a velcro sound but not feel anything unless you are resistant to the numbing creams.
- Be sure you have eaten before your appt.
- Also be careful not to drink alcohol for at least 24 hrs and avoid caffeine the day of your procedure.
- Following your Microblading the artist should reiterate the aftercare instructions and send you home with aftercare healing protocol.
2. Does microblading last forever?
The answer is “No”.
Microblading pigment does not go as deep as tattoo ink and although it is applied within the skin, eventually the color will fade and oxidize overtime.
3. So why do you not use tattoo ink to do eyebrows?
Even body tattoos do not stay vibrant. They fade out with time, the colors look muddy and the lines migrate and widen. So do you really want your eyebrows to end up looking like that? This is why we use special pigments that are specifically for microblading. Microblading in Temecula at our specialized salon will assure the best results.
4. What will I look like after the microblading procedure?
In most cases you will look a little shiny and may experience some localized redness around your brow area. The color will look intense and sharply defined for about 7 days. It is good advice to not plan any outdoor activities or have a special occasion like a wedding or vacation for at least 10 days of your appointment. Most people are very pleased with what they see. Understand that the color you see today will eventually slough off and will appear lighter in two weeks. This completes the 1st procedure and lays the ground work for your touch-up 4 weeks post procedure when getting microblading in Temecula.
